Request a return or exchange
Contact LibasQ with your order number, the item and the reason for your request before sending anything back. We will provide the applicable process and return address.
Item condition
For a change-of-mind or sizing request, keep the item unworn and unwashed, with its tags and original packaging where possible. This does not limit any rights you may have for a faulty or incorrectly supplied item.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please contact us promptly and, where useful, share clear photographs of the issue. We will review the concern and confirm the appropriate remedy.
Refunds and costs
If a refund or exchange is agreed, we will confirm its method, expected timing and any applicable shipping arrangements before you proceed. Cash-on-Delivery refunds require an agreed refund method.
