Shopping with LibasQ

These terms describe the use of this website and ordering from LibasQ. Please read the product information and our shipping, returns and privacy pages before placing an order. Contact us if any detail needs clarification.

Products and prices

Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Product availability and prices may change. The order summary displays the items and applicable delivery charges before you submit your order. Screen settings may affect how colours appear. Any product expressly labelled as a preview or sample uses illustrative details and should be confirmed with us before a real purchase.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Cash on Delivery is the currently available payment method. An automated order acknowledgement records receipt of your order; availability and delivery arrangements may still need confirmation. If an item is unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you to discuss the available options rather than substitute or change the price without your agreement.

Delivery, changes and returns

Delivery is currently limited to Pakistan. The Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages explain the current process. Contact us promptly if you need to amend or cancel an order.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access. Brand content and imagery may not be reused commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
